Course description:
Upon completion of this advanced training course, students will gain an understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of legal metrology, metrological support of measuring systems, as well as the specifics of accreditation in the national accreditation system.
The course examines in detail the metrological support of means and methods for measuring the flow rate, quantity and quality of liquid and gas, as well as the organization of reliable metering of oil, metrological support for measuring the mass of gas, oil and oil products.
As part of the training, students visit the laboratories of FSUE VNIIR and get acquainted with the primary standards used for checking and calibrating the amount of gas and liquid.
