Course description:

Upon completion of this advanced training course, students will gain knowledge of coordinate systems used in geodesy, the basic principles of global navigation satellite systems.

The course examines in detail the technology of geodetic work based on GNSS, processing of satellite measurements, as well as the use of satellite systems in engineering and geodetic surveys, cartographic and cadastral works, construction of buildings and structures.

Practical part:

  • Working with GPS / GLONASS receivers, building geodetic networks
  • Location survey; surveying work
  • Processing and analysis of the satellite measurements quality
