KFU implemented training for the seventh group of Cupet specialists
In Havana successfully completed the seventh group of training consisting of 20 managers and specialists of the Cupet, on the training program “Methods EOR”, implemented by the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of the Kazan Federal University.
Earlier, Kazan Federal University and the Cupet company signed a contract. Two hundred managers and specialists of the company will be trained in ten different advanced training programs at Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of the Kazan Federal University. The partner of the Center, the leading specialist of one of the largest oil producing companies in Russia, Ayrat Gabbasov, who for the second time gave lectures to Cupet employees in Havana, took part in the implementation of the program. In March of this year, Airat Gabbasov, together with the head of the Ecooil, the head of the department for the development and operation of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon deposits at Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies Mikhail Varfolomeev, told to employees of Cupet about the development and monitoring of the production of ultra-viscous oils by thermal methods.
The director of the Center Ildus Chukmarov emphasized the particular importance of this project not only for the development of relations between Cupet and Kazan Federal University, but also for Russia and Cuba in general.
“Even at the stage of the formation of this contract, our Center set itself the task not only of educating a certain number of people, but, above all, of doing it qualitatively, involving the best specialists in each of the areas. And our goal is to ensure the energy independence of Cuba, taking into account the experience of Russia, the Republic of Tatarstan. Most of the programs have already been implemented, and the desire of the customer, the Cupet management, to continue this cooperation already in 2020 speaks of the quality of our educational programs, ”said Ildus Chukmarov.
