A group of 67 specialists completed training in the Center for Advanced training of IGPT KFU
67 managers and specialists from Rosneft, Gazprom, Tatneft , TNG-Group, Surgutneftegas, SNIIGGMS, Transneft, SIBINTECH and “Right Solution” (Kazakhstan) improved their skills in the Center for Advanced training of IGPT KFU.
It should be noted that, in Bugulma, a group of 47 employees of TNG-Group had been provided on-site training upon the program “Advanced training of managers and executors of blasting operations during seismic surveys and VM warehouse managers”.
In the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies, the four more programs were offered to the specialists. The topics covered included “Carbonate reservoirs: genesis, secondary changes, research methods”, “Basic types of core analysis”, “Metrological provision of crude oil custody transfer metering system” and “Metrological provision of quantity measurements of oil products in oil refining and oil products supply enterprises. ”
“I would like to note that the geography of cooperation is expanding. This week employees of nine companies from Aksay (Kazakhstan), Krasnoyarsk, Ufa, Bugulma, Novosibirsk, Tyumen and Samara have been trained in the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing. In addition, we offer a wide range of programs combining different modes of study, full-time study on the basis of KFU and on-site training. I must also admit the growing interest of the participants in our courses. At the moment, the Center has already fulfilled the planned indicators of 2019, ”said Ildus Chukmarov, Deputy Director for Marketing of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University and Director of the Center.
The specialists visited laboratories of FGUP VNIIR and got acquainted with the primary standards for verification and calibration of gas and liquid quantity, supervised by Joseph Fishman, the head of the Department of Metrology and Means of Oil and Gas Consumption Measurement of IGPT KFU, advisor to FGUP VNIIR director , honorary metrologist.
The feedback from participants described the lectures as valuable and essential.

The participants of the geological program block also appraised up-to-date equipment of the laboratories and high level of the teaching staff in their satisfaction profiles.
