A group of 20 managers and specialists of PAO “Tatneft” company have completed an advanced training program in KFU
In Almetyevsk, twenty managers and specialists of Tatneft company have completed an advanced training program “Improving the efficiency of oil and gas companies in the context of rapid changes of Industry 4.0.” provided by the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of IGPT of KFU.
Arthur Ustinov, Associate Professor of the Department of General Management of Kazan Federal University, Ph.D. in Economics, in his lectures told about the basics and objectives of industry 4.0, vectors of enterprise development in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, the management of new technologies, the role of personnel in digital production and the main idea of industry 4.0.
“One of the main objectives of “Industry 4.0” is the provision of the ability to effectively and quickly adapt production to new changes. The on-site training makes it possible to provide intensive training of employees at no additional cost. We introduce new technologies for assessing students’ knowledge using their smartphones during the testing. This decision has been highly appreciated by the participants”,said Ildus Chukmarov, Director of the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing. It should be noted that the average test score of the participants has icreased from 41% to 93%.
At the same time, during the final in-person session of the retraining program at the Institute of Geology and PetroleumTechnologies, nine employees of the Super-Viscous Oil Production Department of PAO TATNEFT were studying the problems of increasing production efficiency and the tools of the production system to reduce costs and increase oil and gas production in the context of rapid changes in Industry 4.0.
