The first group of students of the Russian-Vietnamese enterprise Vietsovpetro successfully improved their qualifications at CdoGEO KFU
On April 2, at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO) of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University was completed the training under the Seismic facies analysis advanced training program.
The program was attended by employees of the Russian-Vietnamese joint venture Vietsovpetro, LUKOIL-Engineering LLC, and the Shpilman Scientific Analytical Center for Rational Subsoil Use.
The program attendees gave the highest marks to the course lecturers: Svetlana Zorina, Associate Professor of the Department of Paleontology and Stratigraphy of IGPT KFU and Boris Platov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Development and Operation of Hard-to-Recover Hydrocarbon Fields. In the satisfaction questionnaires, the students wrote positive reviews and thanked for the training:
“During the training, in a short time, the teachers were able to convey to the audience a significant amount of theoretical and practical knowledge”.
“Today we have implemented the Seismic Facial Analysis program for the first group of employees of the Russian-Vietnamese enterprise Vietsovpetro. For two years we have been moving towards the implementation of this project, – says Deputy Director for Marketing, Director of the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO) Ildus Chukmarov. “The listeners were satisfied with the course and expressed a desire to apply to the full-time courses.”
It should be noted that the beginning of a new cooperation with Vietsovpetro was the working trip of Vice-Rector for Research, Director of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies Danis Nurgaliev and Ildus Chukmarov to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vung Tau) in 2019.
