Deputy General Director of “LUKOIL-Engineering” visited KFU

Vitaly Avvakumov, Deputy General Director for HR consulting and OD of  “LUKOIL-Engineering” and Irina Andronova, Head of the Department for  personnel  training  visited  Kazan  Federal University.

LUKOIL-Engineering is the management center of all innovation activities of  LUKOIL company. The main task of the enterprise is to provide engineering support for oil and gas production in the implementation of new and improved technologies in exploration, development and enhancement of oil recovery, as well as the expert  examination of design and technological solutions.

The guests met with  DanisNurgaliyev, the Vice-rector for Research and Director of IGPT to discuss the upcoming visit of top managers of “LUKOIL-Engineering” to Kazan Federal University.

Vitaly Avvakumov and Irina Andronova visited the Museum of history of Kazan University, and got acquainted with the laboratories of the Chemical Institute  and developments of “Ekoneft”  scientists presented by Mikhail Varfolomeyev, the head of the Department of Development and Operation of Hard-to-Recover Hydrocarbon Reservoir of the IGPT and  the supervisor of “Ekoneft” research area.

Anton Kolchug, Deputy Director for Research, acquainted the guests with  the laboratories of the Institute of  Geology and Petroleum Technologies (IGPT) (“3D GEO Center”, “X -Ray computed tomography”, “Isotope and element analysis”, “Petrophysical methods of research of geomaterials”),

Much attention was paid to the issues of personnel development, namely the capabilities of the center for additional education, quality management and marketing. The Director of the Center IldusChukmarov told about modern approaches to training and innovative solutions to meet the needs of  professional education. The guests appreciated the ideas and solutions offered by the Сenter for additional education, quality management and marketing, and noted the flexibility and individual approach to the customer.
