70 managers and specialists of PAO ‘Tatneft “ have been provided training courses at KFU
The Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of IGPT KFU provided training for a group of 70 managers and specialists of ‘Tatneft “ company in Almetyevsk. They successfully covered three different refresher training and retraining courses programs.
A two- day course programs “Cut down the cost of basic producing well servicing” and “Reduction of energy intensity of engine driven production well stock “ had been specifically designed and aimed at on-job training of the specialists of the company. There’d been an exchange of opinions during which the course participants highly appreciated the experience of the teaching staff.
Besides, another group of 34 survey department employees of the company covered the program “Mine survey”. All in all, in November this year 81 survey department specialists and 38 employees of oil- producing branches of PAO “Tatneft” have been retrained in the Center. According to the director of the Centre Ildus Chukmarov the year 2018 appeared to be fruitful for cooperation between the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of IGPT KFU and PAO “Tatneft. 200 employees of the company have been retrained upon different programs including on-job training.
