Geo – students have mastered the trade jobs
The ceremony of delivery of certificates of an “Oil and gas and gas condensate production operator of the 3rd category” to the third-year students was held in the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing at the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies at KFU.
For seven months the students have been acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of managing the process of oil, gas and gas condensate production, as well as maintenance and adjustment of machines and mechanisms.
“The career of an oil industry worker at all times has started with a worker’s profession. Currently, in cooperation with the partners from manufacturing companies, the Center is making new training programs “Assistant Drillman”, “Oil and gas well diagnostics operator”, “Chemistry lab technician” , said Ildus Chukmarov, Deputy Director of IGPT and Director of the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing .
