On August 31, the Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum 2021, one of the largest events in the Russian oil and gas industry opened at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. Every year it brings together the main representatives of the fuel and energy complex, mechanical engineering and science. This year, more than 150 companies and petroleum universities took part in the forum, including the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of the Kazan Federal University. (далее…)

On August 27, at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO) of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies students improved their qualifications in the following programs: "Main types of core analysis", "Carbonate reservoirs: genesis, secondary alterations, methods of study", "Calculation of oil and gas reserves", "Estimation of geological reserves of oil and gas fields."
