CdoGEO and Rosneft – three years of successful cooperation

The latest launched programs focus on four relevant programs developed for specialists in the fuel and energy sector.

“We are pleased to note that by the end of the year, we have a significant amount of work ahead to improve the qualifications of managers and specialists from 78 Rosneft divisions across nine programs. We plan to train over 300 managers and specialists. Over the past three years, we have been actively developing our partnership with Rosneft. Currently, the company our primary client,” noted Head of CdoGEO Ildus Chukmarov.

Training is offered in a hybrid format, in-person and via videoconferencing. This ensures maximum flexibility and accessibility for students from different regions.

The programs underway are:

Industrial Safety Requirements in Mine Surveying for Mining Operations;

Development of Oil and Gas Fields. General Course on Land Management. Forest Management. Cadastral Activities. Urban Development Documentation;

Modern Methods of Geophysical Well Logging.

A parallel in-person professional training session, Mine Surveying, is taking place, where specialists gain fundamental knowledge and practical skills for working in this important field.

The participants include specialists from Rosneft subsidiaries, as well as a number of other oil and gas companies. This underscores the high level of trust in CdoGEO’s work.

“We continue our active work to improve the qualifications of specialists from Rosneft’s mine surveying and land management services at KFU’s Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies. The courses cover in detail the fundamentals of legislation in the areas of subsoil use, industrial safety, and land management. Practical cases and their most effective solutions are discussed. It is worth noting that the specialists are highly trained and actively participated in solving these cases. As a specialist, I also learned useful tips from interacting with specialists from Rosneft. I would like to express my gratitude to CdoGEO for organizing such events; they allow us to jointly discuss and find solutions to problems. We look forward to continued fruitful collaboration,” said Damir Gilaev, Head of the Topographic, Geodetic, and Mine Surveying Department at Tatneft.

CdoGEO continues to strengthen its reputation as a leading platform for training and professional development, addressing the most pertinent challenges of the oil and gas industry.
