CdoGEO is an exporter of KFU advanced training programs
On April 19, the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO) of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University completed training in the following advanced training programs: “Development and operation of oil and gas fields, methods for enhancing oil recovery” and “Geological modeling (advanced course)” , as well as under the professional retraining program “Petroleum Engineering. Development and operation of oil and gas fields, methods for increasing oil recovery.”
Training in the “Geological Modeling (Advanced Course)” program was conducted simultaneously with consulting in Kazakhstan for employees of KazNIPImunaigas JSC.
Consulting in Aktau was conducted by Boris Platov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of development and operation of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon deposits, IGPT KFU.
“At the consultation, we considered the issues of incorporating seismic data into the geological model,” says Boris Platov. – We looked at practical examples from Tatarstan and Kazakhstan. The students were satisfied with the training. True, there was not enough time to tell about everything. This means there is room left for one more training!”
Meanwhile, in IGPT and remotely employees of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry “Pokachevneftegaz” LLC “LUKOIL-Western Siberia”, LLC “RN-BashNIPIneft”, LLC “LUKOIL-MCPB” and individuals completed training in the programs “Development and operation of oil and gas fields, methods for enhancing oil recovery” and “Petroleum Engineering. Development and operation of oil and gas fields, methods for increasing oil recovery”.
The students were satisfied with the organization of the training and the teachers, especially noting the assistant of the IGPT “EOR Center” Rustam Zinyukov.
“It is clear that all the teachers are not only theoreticians, but also practitioners,” students note. I would like to thank Rustam Zinyukov, who answered all our questions in detail and explained the topic clearly.”
“CdoGEO is an exporter of KFU advanced training programs. This week, we simultaneously implemented full-time programs both in Kazan and abroad in Kazakhstan,” says Ildus Chukmarov, Deputy Director of IGPT for Marketing, Director of the Center forAdvanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO). “We have been cooperating with Kazakhstan within the framework of additional professional education for many years, during which we have trained more than 60 industry professionals from KazMunayGas, RSE KazStandard, JSC Maten Petroleum, as well as from the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov. At the same time, in 2018, a large project has been implemented to train 33 employees of Maten Petroleum JSC (Kazakhstan) in Atyrau. It is gratifying that this time the students were satisfied with the training. We hope to expand our cooperation!”
