IGPT KFU expands cooperation with TNG-AlGIS LLC
On February 26, the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University was visited by a delegation of TNG-AlGIS LLC headed by Deputy Director for Strategic Development Dinar Zamalov.
It should be noted that since 2021, TNG-AlGIS LLC has been part of the Tatneft Group, developing new directions, in particular: geosteering services, measurement while drilling, a research and production center in the field of well logging and other projects.
“Our company has been interacting with KFU for a long time in various areas,” says Dinar Zamalov. – As part of this cooperation, we hold meetings with students, inviting them to field trips and provide employment. The management of TNG-AlGIS LLC, among whom there are graduates of IGPT, knows firsthand about the quality of education at KFU and appreciates its graduates.”
At the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies, the guests were met by the Deputy Director for Marketing, Director of the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO) Ildus Chukmarov. He reminded the company representatives about the history of cooperation, emphasizing that in 2014, within the framework of the “Departmental Targeted Program for Advanced Training of Engineering Personnel”, training was conducted under the program “Modern geophysical methods of well exploration” for employees of TNG-AlGIS LLC with Russian and foreign internships .
“We are pleased to see IGPT graduates who return to KFU for a new generation of specialists,” says Ildus Chukmarov. “They show by their example what career success can be achieved in oil and gas companies. During the conversation, we discussed the possibilities of implementing the Geosynergy project, as well as expanding cooperation in the field of providing personnel for TNG-AlGIS LLC from among graduates of IGPT.”
During the meeting with students, company representatives spoke in more detail about the activities of the enterprise, employment conditions and answered questions from future colleagues.
