KFU and Rosneft PJSC expand cooperation in the field of staff development

The Cooperation Agreement between Rosneft and KFU, signed in September last year, provides for joint work in the field of personnel training, scientific and innovative spheres, as well as for employees of the company and its subsidiaries to receive additional professional education in programs demanded by the Company, including using remote technologies.

It is worth noting that cooperation between Kazan Federal University and Rosneft PJSC began long before the signing of the Agreement – employees of structural divisions of Rosneft PJSC have been training under the continuing education programs at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies for several years and oil and gas technologies of KFU.

At present, more than 150 Rosneft managers and specialists from 13 divisions have been trained at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing.

A significant event was the placement of programs of additional professional education on the electronic platform of the corporate online store of Rosneft.

“Just the other day, the entire line of our programs was uploaded to the electronic platform of the Rosneft corporate online store. From that moment on, any manager and employee of the company can choose the program of additional professional education of Kazan Federal University, ”said Ildus Chukmarov, director of Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing.

The Center of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of KFU not only implements training according to existing programs, but also creates new ones by order of the company’s departments.
