Modern methods of engineering and geological surveys and determination of physico-mechanical properties of soils have been discussed in the CCEQM&M
The Center for Continuing Education, Quality Management and Marketing of IGPT of KFU have provided training on the program “Modern methods of engineering and geological surveys and determining physical and mechanical properties of soils.” The course participants were experts in the field of survey investigation, construction, design and subsoil management from ”Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”, ”Gazprom Neft Shelf”, “Gazprom Proekt’, “TatNIPIneft” Research Institute, “Tyumengiprotruboprovod”, “Tatdorproject Institute”, ”Mayak”.
For five days, the specialists studied the theory, methods and technologies of conducting works while carrying out engineering and geological surveys, and also learned more about current changes in regulatory, normative and technical documents. They also had the opportunity to get acquainted with modern laboratories and field test methods of soils.
The course was supervised by Ayrat Latypov, Associate Professor of the Department of General Geology and Hydrogeology of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of KFU. For the first, Anatoly Mirny, Senior Researcher of the Geological Faculty of Moscow State University, was invited as a lecturer who told about the non-standard methods for determining the mechanical characteristics of soils.
Director of the CCEQM&M Ildus Chukmarov noted that the Center actively uses distance education technologies on different professional retraining and advanced training programs, including those in the field of engineering-geological and engineering-geodetic surveys. The Center cooperates with the leading companies that are both customers of educational services and partners involved in the implementation of training. In addition, the system of autogeneration of the courses allows you to create your own individual trajectory of distance education. Employees of Russian enterprises from Kaliningrad to Chukotka can get training at KFU remotely.
