From July to November, 598 employees of PJSC “NK “Rosneft” improved their qualifications at the CdoGEO KFU

On November 3, a 5-day training program on “Well servicing and workover” concluded at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing (CdoGEO) of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies at Kazan Federal University. The course participants included employees of PJSC “Tatneft” and divisions of PJSC “NK “Rosneft”, such as LLC “Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz”, LLC “Bashneft-Dobycha”, LLC “RN-TsEPTiR”, LLC “RN-Yuganskneftegaz”, AO “Orenburgneft”, LLC “RN-Service”, and LLC “Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha”.

The participants expressed satisfaction with the training, giving high ratings for the organization and content of the course:

“The course content completely covers the declared program.”

“I liked the applicability of the course to my work and interaction with the tutor.”

Ildus Chukmarov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies and Director of CdoGEO, mentioned, “This year, as part of the tender, we trained 598 employees of PJSC “NK “Rosneft.” According to satisfaction ratings, all participants were satisfied with the training, averaging 5.56 out of 6.00 possible points. We are pleased to have met the set task and participated in the in-house development of personnel at PJSC “NK “Rosneft”. We look forward to expanding cooperation and future training contracts.”

Additionally, employees of Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata, Akmaral Demeuova and Gulmadina Amangeldieva completed their training this week. Over the month, they underwent qualification improvement training on Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits.

Akmaral Demeuova shared her experience, saying, “It was very interesting to visit laboratories, the library. The knowledge gained will be applied in preparing the dissertation as well as in our main work. I would also like to separately mention the incredibly beautiful and cozy city of Kazan.”
