Graduates of the Master’s program implemented jointly with the Freiberg Mining Academy were awarded diplomas at the IGPT KFU

In the assembly hall of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies, a solemn commencement took place for the graduates of the Stratigraphy of Oil and Gas Basins Master's program. This double degree program between KFU and the Freiberg Mining Academy (Germany) has been implemented since 2014. IGPT KFU and CUPET agreed to expand cooperation to increase oil production and ensure complete energy independence of Cuba

On 7th of February, Representatives of Cuba's largest oil company CUPET, Mario Miranda Marquez and Tania Perez Delgado visited the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University. On December 9, within the framework of a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, a delegation of the Belarusian State University visited the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of the Kazan Federal University. A new professional development program was launched at CdoGEO IGPT KFU within the framework of the WCRC
