Employees of Russia’s leading companies improved their qualification in KFU
58 specialists from 17 cities of Russia upgraded their skills in the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University over the past week. The employees of Surgutneftegas, Actualniye Technologii, Rosneft, Tatneft, Tatnefteprom, BVS Eurasia, Kogalymneftegeofizika, Bashneftegeofizika, TNG Group, Geomonitoring, ASM-Expert, Spetspribor and Shpilman scientific analytical rational mining center covered 11 different programs of continuing education, by full-time study using distance-learning technologies, as well as fully in online environments.
The programs were as follows: “Geological modeling”, “Oil and gas traps, modeling of hydrocarbon deposits”, “Fundamentals of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits”, “Urgent issues of organization and conduct of geodetic, surveying, land management and methods of remote sensing of the Earth in mine surveying”, “Geosteering support during drilling”, “Field geology and reservoir properties”. The course participants appreciated the equipment of the classrooms and laboratories in their satisfaction profiles, the type and level of training, as well as the high quality service.
Also, in Almetyevsk, distance learning program for the fifth group of specialists of the surveying service of the company was launched on the basis of Tatneft Personell Training Center. To recap, in total, CATQM&M provided training for 97 managers and specialists of TATNEFT during the last two years.
KFU also hosted face-to-face sessions on the retraining programs” Geophysics”, “Mine surveying”, “Geodesy” and “Petroleum geology and geochemistry.”
Diploma of Kazan Federal University on professional retraining programs ensures engaging in professional activities in the selected area of focus. The program allows to acquire theoretical knowledge in the field of metrological research, as well as practical skills in organizing reliable accounting virtually. More than 100 distance programs are available in online environments so that participants from all over Russia and CIS countries can gain new knowledge and improve their skills without leaving home!
