The managers and specialists of PJSC NK Rosneft and FBU “Chelyabinsk CSM” improved their qualifications at the Center for Advanced Training of IGPT KFU

The managers and specialists of PJSC NK Rosneft (JSC TomskNIPIneft and LLC RN-BashNIPIneft) and FBU Chelyabinsk CSM improved their qualifications at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University under the following programs: “Basin modeling for assessing the prospects of oil and gas potential”, “Practical application of geostatistics in the construction of geological models” and “Metrological support for measuring and accounting for petroleum products at oil product supply enterprises”, both in full-time and remotely in the form of webinars.

A ceremonial award of advanced training certificates took place in the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies for the employees of the FBU Chelyabinsk CSM, who for five days studied topical issues of accounting for petroleum products, especially the calibration of fuel dispensers. Leading teachers of KFU and VNIIR, a branch of FSUE “VNIIM named after D.I. Mendeleev”, took part in the implementation of the program.

Also, the programs “Basin modeling for assessing oil and gas potential” and “Practical application of geostatistics in the construction of geological models” for employees of the structural divisions of Rosneft – TomskNIPIneft and RN-BashNIPIneft, were closed online. Director of CATQMM Ildus Chukmarov summed up the results of the training, and also thanked the attendees for choosing the Center and a responsible approach to the learning process, which took place remotely.

“I would like to note that in such a difficult year, the management of Rosneft has decided to work with us remotely and continue training its employees online in our Center. The management of Rosneft continues to develop its personnel, and we, in turn, find convenient forms for them and attract our best teachers and experts from partner companies. In total, in 2020, 67 managers and specialists from various divisions of Rosneft studied at our Center, and 57 of them chose the distance learning format,” said Ildus Chukmarov.

Traditionally, students of the programs left their feedback in the satisfaction questionnaires and noted the format of training, the content of the programs, as well as its arrangement:

“The courses are objectively very useful. I liked the fact that the teacher involved the whole group in the work with a connection to their desktop. It was helpful to be able to watch videos from past webinars. All information is of high quality, and most importantly, it will really help you in your work ”;

“I liked the format of distance learning very much, there was an opportunity to undergo training for a week on the job, it is very convenient”.

As early as next week, the Center will start online training in three advanced training and professional retraining programs.
