The course participants included employees of PJSC “NK Rosneft” and its subsidiaries: LLC “Bashneft-Dobycha,” LLC “RN-Vankor,” JSC “Sibneftegaz,” LLC “RN-Yuganskneftegaz,” LLC “Bashneft-Polyus,” LLC “Samotlorneftegaz,” “Volgo-Uralskaya NK,” JSC “NK Kondaneft,” JSC “Orenburgneft,” JSC “RNPС,” “RN-Komsomolskiy NPP,” JSC “ANKhK,” “Purneftepererabotka,” JSC “Buryatnefteprodukt,” and others.
The course participants expressed their satisfaction with the training. In one of the satisfaction surveys, a participant mentioned:
“The professional development was conducted at the highest level. The course program was prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the head of the chief mine surveyor’s department of PJSC ‘NK Rosneft.’ All the questions that are of interest to mine surveyors were included in the list of topics. The lectures were delivered by knowledgeable specialists, true professionals in their field. Participants received valuable information for their future work. Many thanks to Ildus Chukmarov and all the staff of Kazan Federal University who were involved in the preparation and organization of this professional development.”
It is worth noting that among the course participants was a former student of the Oktaybsky Oil College, where the director of the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management, and Marketing (CdoGEO), Ildus Chukmarov, taught for several years.
“I studied in the field of ‘Applied Geodesy,’ which Ildus Adgamovich introduced at the Oktaybsky Oil College,” said Arthur Shamsutdinov, an engineer in the mine surveying support department at LLC “Bashneft-Dobycha.” “After defending my diploma, I obtained a higher education and got a job at LLC ‘Bashneft-Dobycha,’ where I still work to this day. In our field, it’s necessary to continually develop, so in 2018, I underwent professional retraining in the ‘Mine Surveying’ program, and this week I further enhanced my qualifications. I enjoyed the training, and it was beneficial to hear about the experiences of colleagues and learn about new information systems.”
“It’s nice to see CdoGEO graduates returning for courses to develop their competencies and skills,” said Ildus Chukmarov. “I remember Arthur Shamsutdinov when he was a student, and today he’s an engineer at a major oil and gas company, eager to climb the career ladder. For this purpose, our Center offers numerous courses in the most relevant areas, which can be explored on the website cdogeo.kpfu.ru.”
