KFU online additional professional education is gaining volume in the given conditions

The managers and specialists of Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company PJSC and graduate students of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies, studying on a contract basis for TNG Group LLC, began distance learning under three training programs at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing  Kazan Federal University.

15 students of the programs “Responsible blast manager for blasting and other works in oil, gas, water and other wells” (for employees of PJSC “Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company”, “Responsible blast manager for blasting and other works in oil, gas, water and other wells “and” Responsible blasting manager for seismic exploration “for three weeks listen to webinars from partners of the Center – leading experts with many years of experience in the field of blasting. These courses are supervised by the Chief State Inspector of the Interregional Department on supervision in the oil industry and mining supervision of the Volga Directorate of Rostekhnadzor. Based on the results of the final certification, the Center’s listeners will receive “Single Explosive Books” and certificates.

Professional training programs cover the fundamentals of the theory of explosives and blasting, application practice, equipment, technology and the organization of perforating and blasting operations in wells and during seismic surveys, industrial safety, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, and labor protection.

“This is our first special project for the Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company, and we are very pleased that additional professional education programs at Kazan Federal University are in demand throughout Russia, even in a pandemic. It is worth noting that the Center has already successfully implemented distance learning for 38 managers and specialists of Rosneft PJSC and Zarubezhneft JSC in five continuing education programs and continues to train 30 specialists of PJSC Tatneft during the period self-isolation.
